This technique involves shifting your perspective by considering the viewpoint of another person or taking a different viewpoint altogether.
While this technique requires the person to have a high level of emotional intelligence and may take time to develop, using the Perspective Reframe technique will help you understand different mindsets, and help you foster better relationships and communication.

- Ask yourself: “How might someone else perceive this situation?”
- Step into different viewpoints and perspectives, even contrasting ones.
